Returns must be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original invoice/bill.
Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return and refund request, customers are required to visit our store in person within 10 days of receiving the product.
Please bring:
The purchased jewellery item.
Original purchase invoice/bill.
Valid identification proof (if requested).
Returns sent through courier, postal service, or any other delivery method will not be accepted unless specifically approved by our team.
Upon receiving the product at our store, our team will inspect the item to verify its condition and eligibility for return.
Rattnanjalee reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
Once the return is approved after inspection:
The eligible refund amount will be processed through the original payment method or any other approved method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking channels.
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized jewellery.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Products returned after the 10-day return period.
Items without the original invoice/bill.
